You grant Roll In Paradise the right to use such content for lawful promotional, marketing, editorial, educational, and commercial purposes worldwide, including but not limited to:

• Promotional videos

• Advertisements

• Printed materials

• Future marketing

1. Editing & Production

You understand that such content may be edited, cropped, combined, enhanced, branded, or otherwise modified for professional use.

1. No Compensation

You acknowledge that no payment, royalty, fee, or other compensation is due for the use of such content.

All photographs, videos, and media captured by or for Roll In Paradise remain the property of Roll In Paradise or the relevant creator acting on its behalf.

1. Respectful Use

Roll In Paradise will aim to use media respectfully and in keeping with the brand, event environment, and participant dignity.

1. Opt-Out Requests

If you strongly prefer not to appear in identifiable promotional media, please notify the team in writing before the camp or speak to staff on arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, group environments may make complete exclusion impossible.
