FAQ’s

General

Is this suitable for beginners / white belts?

Yes — all levels are welcome.

The training is structured to allow each participant to progress at their own level, with coaches breaking down techniques and sequences in a way that suits individual ability.

However, this is a performance-focused environment, so a willingness to learn, train consistently, and be challenged is essential.

What makes this different from other camps?

Roll In Paradise is built around structure, progression, and performance.

This is not a drop-in camp or a holiday with some training — each session is designed to build on the last, creating real, measurable development across the week.
